EU Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the legal right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without needing to provide a reason.
How to withdraw: To exercise this right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery by emailing orygynstudios@outlook.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

You are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described.
Your refund: Once we receive your returned goods, we will refund the full purchase price — including your original standard delivery cost — within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Custom or personalised items made to your specification
- Sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
